about me

Memories are unique and fleeting things.

While somewhat visual, memories tend to be more emotional— nostalgic, golden, and slightly out of focus. A memory of an event isn’t just about how you see it, but how you feel it.

This is what I do. I capture memories.

I encapsulate not just what you see, but what you feel on film- bringing back your memories, but in perfect unclouded clarity.

This is what the magic of filmmaking really is.

Nice to meet you!

I have been a documenter for as long as I can remember. Starting with a handheld cassette tape recorder in the mid-90’s, I would record songs, stories, and the ambience of ocean waves or forest birds, just so I could listen back to them in my room, and imagine I was there again.

Even at a young age, I was incredibly nostalgic, and knew that I couldn't just let these moments pass by without being properly remembered.

From the moment I got my hands on a videocamera at the age of 10, it quickly became clear that I had the great privilege and responsibility of being a memory keeper for my family and friends.

Since then, I have continued to cultivate a passion and personal investment for each event I have the honor of recording. I live each moment through a state of future nostalgia- continuously envisioning how memories will come to life when they’re put on film.

I am beyond grateful and truly honored that so many amazing people have put their trust in me to capture these once-in-a-lifetime moments, and I can’t wait to tell your story.
